With DEMAG machines we inject products up to 1200 g of weight. We have injection molding machines from 30 t to 250 t of the closing force. We inject packaging for the chemical industry, components for the automotive industry, parts for household appliances and other technical products.
Due to the fact that we also process all kinds of technical materials, including fiberglass additives, we are equipped with all required peripheral equipment (dryers, dispensers, etc.).
With blowing technology, we produce packaging to a volume of 15000 ml. We make bottles, doses and handles of various shapes and dimensions. Extrusion blowing machines are equipped with all necessary peripheral devices, as well as quality control equipment.
On the Slovenian market, we are the first and the only producer of coextrusion blowing technology. The equipment allows us to produce packaging using various barrier materials. In coextrusion blowing, EVOH or PA is most often used as a barrier layer.
Multilayer packaging ensures better durability of the contents and also has excellent mechanical properties. This technology is mainly used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, because the barrier layer prevents the passage of volatile components into the environment and the oxidation of the bottle’s contents.
On the machine of Japanese manufacturer ASB NISSEI, we produce PET packaging with a neck diameter of up to 145 mm and a maximum volume of 7000 ml.
In technology mono-block we first inject the preform and blow it into the final product in the next phases.
By making such PET packaging, we want to offer multipurpose packaging in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries to the Slovenian and wider market.
